Our process, step by step

    Subfloor survey

    Moisture and level are checked before anything is ordered — problems are fixed before installation, not discovered after.

  2. 02

    Preparation

    Levelling compound is applied where needed and damp considerations are addressed so the new floor sits on a sound base.

  3. 03

    Acclimatisation

    Wooden floors are allowed to adjust to the room before fitting, which reduces movement later.

  4. 04

    Installation

    Underlay and boards are fitted with the correct expansion gaps and staggered joints, following the product's requirements.

  5. 05

    Finishing

    Thresholds, transitions and edges are finished neatly with trims suited to each doorway and junction.
